About This Role The Preschool Aide/Float assists teachers as needed to create a loving, safe, and nurturing environment for all enrolled children. Aides/Floats may be required to act as an Associate Teacher and implement lessons/activities created by the Lead Teacher, relieve staff for lunch breaks, and assist with cleaning, as needed.
