Job Duties: Perform audits to ensure CIP and sanitation process has been completed to meet quality standards. Complete Master Sanitation items Use HMI skills in the intermediate operation of CIP equipment. Sanitize and CIP all areas in the Mayo and Gourmet Department with little direction.
