COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS C & A Psychiatry (PSY) No state tax Salary: $280,000 to $420,763.20 (per experience) Relocation - $30k Sign on - 10% -15% of base salary Retention: 10% of salary 2-year mark CME: 5 days allowance Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH Merit base salary Increases up to 7% accrues annually PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used.
