Full job description
The PHO PAS Specialist coordinates multiple clinic and ancillary appointments for patients seen in the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Clinic and the OHSU Doernbecher Infusion Unit. This position requires high-volume phone work and high-volume face-to-face patient support and services. This position will be responsible for making outgoing calls and receiving incoming calls to schedule new and return patients and triage them to their respective schedulers as needed.
