1. Deputising for the Company Commander/Second in Command. 2. Detailed planning of all training and exercises as directed by the Company Commander/2IC. 3. Course bidding for all members of the Company including education (Career Courses). 4. Liaison with outside organisations with reference to training (Battalions, DIO, Civilian organisations etc). 5.
