SUMMARY Radiographs metal castings and inspect images and castings for flaws and misorientations by performing the following duties. Grain/laue Inspector performs visual inspections of product in the grain etched condition. Measures grain size and grain angles and makes accept reject decisions based on acceptance criteria allowances. Works with Laue X-ray equipment to measure grain angles in single crystal parts.
