Job Description Job Description Mooring barge operator is a full-time position of mooring maintenance. Responsibilities include the maintenance of approximately 300 moorings which will need wintersticks removed and pennants reinstalled in the spring and vice versa in the fall. Moorings also require inspections. Pennants and buoys will have to be power washed at the time of hauling and painted over the winter and inspected for wear and tear.
