GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Loan Servicing Tracking Specialist I reviews and tracks loan and credit documentation for new and existing loans to verify all bank policy or regulatory compliance requirements are met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Reviews post-closing loan files for compliance and records the results in the bank internal tracking system to ensure collateral position.
