Position Summary No prior experience necessary, but preferred skills include familiarity with a sport (as a player or coach). Previous officiating experience, but training clinics to NIRSA rules are offered. Must attend appropriate training sessions, complete rules exams, and on-field/on-court evaluations before being hired. Oral and written communication skills. Willingness to learn, positive attitude, hustle, ability to accept feedback, willingness to improve throughout the season.
