Financial Care Agent - Days

Serves as front-line support for Patient Financial Care within Piedmont. The incumbent is responsible for handling and resolving in-person, telephonic or digital customer inquiries and/or concerns by providing patients/guarantors from both hospitals and physician practices with a consistent and seamless experience.
