Position Description The Evening and Weekend Porter will be responsible, under the direction of the Director of Maintenance, for spot cleaning common areas in need of attention (lobbies, stairwells, common spaces), clearing trash from trash collection points throughout buildings, cleaning office spaces, and reporting any areas that require attention during after-hours to on-call maintenance technicians.
