As a Dining Room Server, you'll play an important role in enhancing our residents' daily dining experience while working alongside a team of dedicated, compassionate professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality of care and service.

Position Summary
Our Dining Room Servers are responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for residents. Working closely with the culinary team, servers assist with food service, dining room setup, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional dining service to residents and guests

Serve meals accurately and efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings and answer resident questions

Prepare and maintain dining room cleanliness and organization

Assist with table setup and resetting between meal services

Support dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties as needed

Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere

Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with residents

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others

Strong communication skills in English

Weekend availability required

Ability to pass a background check

Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one upon hire

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required

5 years of experience
