This hybrid work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.Purpose of the jobThe Consumer Outreach Specialist conducts outreach to both current and potential members, participates in outreach events, assists the Outreach Supervisor in planning outreach activities, supports member retention programs, establishes and maintains community partnerships, and represents Medicaid Business Segment and BCBSAZ programs in the community. Travel is required within the State of Arizona. (Level 1)The Consumer Outreach Sr, plans, assist in development, and organize community outreach events and activities. The Consumer Outreach Lead conducts outreach to both current and potential members, supports member retention programs, establishes and maintains community partnerships, and represents Medicaid Business Segment and BCBSAZ programs in the community.
