We’re hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community manager) in Avondale, AZ. Requirements
3+ years people management experience3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily settingThird-party management experience requiredLease-up experience highly preferredDemonstrated coaching and development abilityBA degree preferred or equivalent professional experienceFinancial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills and professional presence Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirableA basic understanding of written and verbal EnglishIn This Role You WillMeet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the assetCoach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planningOversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
