Position Summary The Clinical Support Representative serves in a support role to providers and medical staff assuring patient clinical needs are addressed in a timely manner. This position is responsible for supporting patients with referrals, provider communication, prior authorizations, and medication refill requests, appointment scheduling and other needs that require clinical actions.
