Specialty: CRNA Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. 220-bed facility. Annual volume - 3,876 per year. Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule consists of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and is Monday-Friday, 5x8's. No option for 12's, and no 10's unless provider is on call.
