Full job description

Start date: As soon as credentialed Schedule commitment: We have some limited availability coming up but are open to a two week on/two week off arrangement more immediately or in the near future. We are currently using PRN providers to fill our immediate needs but would love to have something more long-term. Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend Schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
