Over The Road CDL-A Drivers Needed - Dry Van (Solo & Team) Solo drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate for up to 3,000 miles, with $0.60 CPM paid on every mile over that. Team drivers also earn a $1,800 flat rate covering up to 5,500 miles, plus $0.70 CPM for additional miles. The pay week runs Monday through Sunday, and payday is Friday.
