Job Description The Beverage Custodian is responsible for overall cleanliness of bar areas, sorting and returning glassware to bars, replacing empty beer kegs, and delivering/placing bar stock. Sort and return glassware to proper bar. Replace empty beer kegs with full ones. Deliver and place bar stock in proper locations. Clean and polish coolers and fixtures in bar area. Empty garbage bins in bar area and transport to proper refuse bin. Sweep and mop floors in bar area. Clean floor mats.
