Job Description Perform analytical assays on various vaccine process intermediates, products and related experimental samples utilizing one or more of the following techniques: Separation-based methodologies (HPLC, UPLC, CE, SDS-PAGE) Plate based characterization (ELISA, enzymatic activity) Absorbance (UV-vis) and fluorescence protein quantification Preparation of buffers and testing reagents Adhere to good laboratory documentation practices in notebooks and corresponding data review
