Bilingual Spanish Preferred - 9am- 7pm, 4 days a week, every other weekend A liaison between patients/families and healthcare advocates and facilities. Acts as the patient access coordinator in Admissions. Explains the benefits of hospice. Informs patient and families how to elect hospice.
