307 CABLER OPERATOR – 2ND SHIFT POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : Operates cabler to strand conductors, forming cable cores. Applies fillers at interstices, binds core with binders. Sets up cabler, changes lay gears (if applicable), loads and unloads, changes dies as necessary, according to process operating instructions.
